This proposal was open for discussion for 48 hours prior to being posted here.
I propose a new rule:

Any Player who holds a Title shall be awarded one Victory Point.  Even if a Player holds multiple titles, they may only gain one VP this way.  If a Player is forcibly stripped of any of their titles, they shall lose this VP.  However, if a Player voluntarily relinquishes one of their titles, the VP shall remain.  It is recommended that the Tall Honorable Moderator create some sort of "Titled" token (either text in the Player Listing or a physical card that the Honorable Tall Moderator can carry with him- or herself) to keep track of where this VP came from.

This rule applies to Titles only, not Honorifics or any other words/phrases that might be attached to a Player.  Thus, rules that establish Titles or Honorifics should be very clear about which epithets are Titles and which are not.  For example, "Commie" is an Honorific, and thus not eligible for this VP.  "Honorable Chairman", however, is a Title, and thus is eligible, just like the title "Dirty Liar".  Titles granted by Fiat shall not affect Victory Points when they are gained or lost.

The Honorable Moderator shall be considered to hold the Title of Moderator, and thus is eligible for this Victory Point.  The Tall Moderator may not have his or her "Titled" VP taken away unless the title of Moderator is taken away from him or her.
