Sales Training
«

I would like to do a sales training session for anyone interested at some point in August. This is different from register training. The purpose of sales training is to give register folks some pointers on how to point people to the right products and help them to buy more. It's not about being pushy, simply making sure that they are aware of everything that could lighten their wallets.
I was thinking that we could run it on a Sunday from 4-5 then play board games after. Perhaps the 17th of August, as that is the day that does not have a Magic tournament on it.

Michael,
I have a lot of sales experience (retail, cutco, etc). Could I send you some of my "sales tips" and see if they can be used in the training?

Send them to both of us as it will likely be both of us running it.
Also, 17th is probably not great as we have a demo that day I think.

One of them will be working with you next monday.
We have ramped up our one - on -one training so the meeting seemed less needed.
Also I will be around more now that I lost my job, so I will often be present to train and answer questions of new folks.

Cool, will he be on every Monday with me?
Do you need me to show him anything?
